- Shape the path from trial to paying customer so that growth feels like a natural next step, not a push.
- Establish design principles to enable fast, high-quality iteration.
- Raise the bar of craft – details, hierarchy, interactions – because that’s where trust is built.
Requirements
- You’ve shipped products where the problem wasn’t simple, and you made it feel simple.
- You sweat the details because you know small things add up to whether an experience feels right or wrong.
- You have opinions and taste — and the ability to explain them clearly.
- You don’t need a research study to tell you when a design is off, but you know when to listen and adapt.
- You’re comfortable in messy environments and still keep quality high.
- Comfortable working closely with a PM and engineers to define and ship product experiences.
