About the role

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing user behaviour, anomalies, and A/B test results.
  • Automate analytical tasks and create reports in Power BI/Looker Studio based on marketing data models developed with the Data Engineer.
  • Regularly review key marketing metrics and provide hypotheses for future analyses..
  • Support the PPC team in tracking and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement an effective attribution model for our SaaS product.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance our analytics stack, improving its performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst
  • Expert knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side is required).
  • Strong understanding of main marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
  • Skilled in writing, optimizing, and using complex SQL queries for large datasets. Ability to use SQL effectively for data cleaning, transformation, and preparation.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
  • Practical experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms. Able to create clear visualizations to present complex insights.
  • Understanding of consent management platforms.
  • English proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level (written and spoken).
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including marketing managers and analysts.
  • Solid knowledge of statistics and practical experience with A/B testing.
