About the role
- Customer acquisition and account management: You handle both existing and new customers.
- Product presentations and training: You present our products to customers, installation partners and at trade shows, and explain how they work.
- Consultation and sales: You assemble the appropriate system solution to meet your customers’ requirements.
- Technical support: You assist customers with the implementation and optimization of their SE AUDIOTECHNIK systems.
- Market monitoring: You stay on top of developments and identify trends and new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience using simulation software for audio installations (e.g., EASE, SoundVision) is a plus.
- Solid, up-to-date knowledge of audio/PA systems and network technology.
- Ideally a degree in audio engineering, certification as an event/AV technician, or several years of relevant professional experience.
- Good German language skills.
- Additional languages such as English, Italian or French are an advantage but not required.
