About the role
- Customer acquisition and support: You will take care of existing and new customers.
- Product presentations and training: You will present our products to customers, installation partners and at trade fairs, and explain how they work.
- Consulting and sales: You will assemble the right system solution to meet your customers' requirements.
- Technical support: You will assist your customers with the implementation and optimization of their SE AUDIOTECHNIK system.
- Market monitoring: You will stay on top of developments and identify trends and new opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience using simulation software for audio installations (e.g., EASE, SoundVision) is a plus.
- Solid, up-to-date knowledge of audio, sound reinforcement and network technology.
- A degree in audio engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Good command of German.
- Additional languages such as English, Italian or French are advantageous but not required.
