About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute localized marketing campaigns aligned with U.S. strategy and Philippine hiring priorities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand regional sourcing needs
- Adapt messaging, creative, and campaigns for the Philippine market
- Recommend marketing ideas based on local trends and market insights
- Establish governance and content approval processes for agent-facing and recruitment messaging
- Identify and amplify agent stories, testimonials, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and community success stories
- Own Liveops' social media strategy for agent marketing across Philippines and U.S. audiences
- Build content calendars and social campaigns
- Manage Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging Philippines-relevant platforms
- Foster online community engagement and monitor comments and messages
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on live recruiting events and social campaigns
- Identify local influencers and partnership opportunities
- Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes
- Manage paid media agency relationships supporting Philippine recruitment campaigns
- Coordinate campaign launches, review creative assets, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations
- Write social posts, blog content, and campaign copy
- Develop agent success stories and testimonials
- Partner with creative teams on videos, graphics, and digital campaigns
- Recommend website updates and support SEO/GEO initiatives
- Review landing page performance and improve conversion rates
- Manage online reputation and monitor social conversations
- Support employer branding initiatives and encourage agent reviews and testimonials
- Build relationships with local communities and organizations
- Collaborate with U.S. Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Creative, Communications, Regional Leadership, and external agencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Deep understanding of the Philippine digital marketing landscape
- Experience managing social media for brands or communities
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Experience working with paid media agencies
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively with U.S.-based teams
- Preferred experience in consumer (B2C), marketplace, gig economy, staffing, recruitment, or community marketing
- Experience building online communities
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management platforms
- Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI-assisted content creation
- Graphic design or short-form video editing experience is a plus
- Passion for marketing and community building
- Strong knowledge of Philippine social media trends and culture
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
