About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop the annual and quarterly marketing strategy for agent marketing
Build integrated marketing plans aligned to Talent Acquisition hiring priorities
Develop campaigns to strengthen the Liveops agent brand and improve applicant quality
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Agent Experience to align sourcing needs and promote agent content
Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness
Own the agent marketing editorial calendar and content strategy
Create campaigns featuring authentic Liveops agent stories
Partner with Creative to produce digital ads, videos, landing pages, social content, email campaigns, and other assets
Coordinate messaging across paid, organic, website, PR, and recruiting channels
Establish governance and content approval processes for compliant, brand-consistent messaging
Lead paid social, organic social, recruitment website, landing page, SEO, GEO/LLM visibility, conversion optimization, and reputation management programs
Manage external marketing vendors and agencies, including paid media, SEO/GEO, reputation management, and digital marketing partners
Own the agent recruitment website content roadmap, user experience, conversion, SEO, and AI discoverability
Analyze website performance and recommend improvements
Manage online reputation, create reputation reports, promote agent success stories, support PR opportunities, and strengthen the Liveops brand
Support broader corporate and client marketing initiatives during lower recruitment demand

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience managing digital marketing programs
Experience working with external agencies and vendors
Strong content marketing and editorial planning experience
Experience managing websites and SEO
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: experience in both B2B and B2C marketing
Preferred: agency experience
Preferred: experience with growth marketing or customer acquisition
Preferred: experience supporting recruitment, staffing, marketplace, gig economy, or employer brand marketing
Preferred: experience with SEO, GEO, and AI-driven content strategies
