About the role

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of SDG’s programs in KSA with focus on Business Strategy and Data Analytics
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects ensuring execution on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
  • Build strong partnerships with Saudi clients and government entities to deliver measurable strategic outcomes
  • Govern portfolio performance, budgets, timelines, and risks with full accountability
  • Lead and mentor project managers and delivery teams to ensure scalable growth in the Kingdom
  • Support development of local PMO governance standards aligned with global best practices
  • Contribute to Vision 2030 initiatives through strategic and analytics-driven program delivery

Requirements

  • Saudi National
  • Proven track record as a Program Manager (8+ years preferred)
  • Strong experience managing portfolios in Business Strategy and Data Analytics
  • Skilled in program governance, stakeholder management, and C-level engagement
  • PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification highly preferred
  • Experience in consulting or enterprise program delivery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
