About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actief sourcen en aantrekken van kwalitatieve operators voor openstaande functies
  • Opstellen van de eerste contracten voor nieuwe uitzendkrachten
  • Geven van rondleidingen aan uitzendkrachten om hen wegwijs te maken binnen de organisatie
  • Beheren van de administratieve flow: inschrijven van nieuwe medewerkers in het systeem Prato en het nodige materiaal voorzien
  • Beantwoorden van HR-gerelateerde vragen zoals ziektes, vragen over loonbrieven en belastingen, etc.
  • Verzorgen van een warm onthaal voor nieuwe uitzendkrachten en hen begeleiden bij de opstart

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Communicatief talent met gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten leggen
  • Bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen rekrutering
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
