Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Go-to-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support growth and market expansion in Finland.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams locally and across the Nordics.
  • Own and Optimize the Portfolio
  • Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue.
  • Ensure offerings remain relevant, market-driven, commercially compelling, and operationally deliverable.
  • Transform Insights into Value
  • Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated, customer-centric solutions.
  • Identify new opportunities to strengthen our portfolio and market position.

  • Balance strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Drive commercial readiness and ensure successful launch and adoption of new offerings.
  • Drive Innovation
  • Stay ahead of developments within HR technology, SaaS, AI, and changing customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the Finnish market.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, HR technology, software, or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating as part of a management team.
