About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
  • Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
  • Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation.
  • Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
  • Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.
  • Assessing readiness to deploy each release.
  • Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working in Agile squads.
  • Working in international environment is considered as a plus.
  • Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs.
  • ITIL framework understanding & experience in ITSM processes and workflows.
  • Being a team player and flexible.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
