About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
- Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
- Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation.
- Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
- Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.
- Assessing readiness to deploy each release.
- Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working in Agile squads.
- Working in international environment is considered as a plus.
- Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs.
- ITIL framework understanding & experience in ITSM processes and workflows.
- Being a team player and flexible.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and writing).
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
