About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
Provide functional expertise in Austrian payroll, ensuring compliance and high-quality delivery
Participate in end-to-end project phases: Requirement gathering & specifications
Analysis & solution design
System configuration (customizing/parameterization)
Testing & go-live support
Support AMS activities, including incident management, change requests, and continuous improvement
Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure seamless system integration
Contribute to User Support Services, ensuring client satisfaction and system stability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
5+ years
Strong expertise in Austrian Payroll (PY-AT)
Experience in Application Maintenance Services (AMS) and/or SAP implementations
Solid knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points
Fluent in German and English languages
Nice to Have
Experience with: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Payroll Control Center (PCC)
SAP HCM Certifications
