About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP SuccessFactors
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting)
- Develop solutions in line with the SD Worx technology strategy
- Proactively communicate with the client about progress, risks, issues, and the project’s financial status
- Participate operationally in project delivery and ensure proper execution and tracking of project activities within the defined budget and scope
- Support existing customers and maintain the customer’s systems (CRM, time tracking, scheduling, etc.)
- Conduct workshops and deliver training for end users
Requirements
What you’ll need- A completed degree in (business) informatics, computer science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Solid expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module
- Experience delivering IT projects in the HR domain, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with a high level of teamwork, commitment, and customer focus
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
