Senior Consultant, SAP SuccessFactors
SD WorxJoin SD Worx as a Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors. Analyze requirements and implement tailored solutions with SAP SuccessFactors, engaging with clients across multiple locations in Germany.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting)
- Develop solutions in alignment with the SD Worx technology strategy
- Proactively communicate with the client about progress, risks, issues, and the project’s financial status
- Actively participate in project execution and ensure proper process flow and tracking of project activities within the agreed budget and scope
- Support existing clients and maintain client systems on-site (CRM, time tracking, scheduling, etc.)
- Conduct workshops and end-user training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Strong knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module
- Experience delivering IT projects in HR, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with a high level of teamwork, commitment, and customer orientation
- Business-fluent German and English
