About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for service quality, adherence to SLAs and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and lead the SAP delivery team in day-to-day service operations
- Identify risks, improvement opportunities and optimization measures
- Conduct regular service reviews and ensure transparent communication with customers
- Professionally manage escalations with a focus on sustainable, long-term solutions
- Continuously improve services, processes and collaboration models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Service Delivery or Client Delivery Management, ideally within an SAP environment
- Solid knowledge of service management processes, SLAs, KPIs and governance models
- Proven experience leading complex service rollouts and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with KPIs, reports and quality metrics
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High sense of responsibility and initiative
- Clear and respectful communication
- Cooperative mindset and team spirit
- Very good English skills and good German skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in dynamic, agile or transformation-driven environments is an advantage
