About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience
  • Own key components of AI infrastructure, from data pipelines to model deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Optimize and monitor AI systems for scalability and performance
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in AI development practices
  • Support management in evaluating AI vendors, tools, and frameworks for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • 1-3 years of experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering
  • Strong understanding of training AI models
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks
  • Proven experience deploying ML models or AI-based systems in production
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), Docker, and CI/CD practices
  • Previous experience with data pipelines and tools such as Airflow, Spark, or similar frameworks
  • Previous experience building APIs and integrating AI models into production systems.
