About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sessions.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunities
- Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Spotless/fluent English — non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory)
- Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Confident, positive, and customer-oriented communication style
- Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
- Highly disciplined and organized
- All other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taught
