About the role
- Own and scale our infrastructure
- Modernize and simplify our build process
- Automate manual data processes
- Maintain office, Windows workstations and Apple workstations
- Hardware support: router and access point setup, printer maintenance
- Operating systems reinstallation and installation of applications according to the checklist
- Communicate with clients' IT Engineers to establish infrastructure between companies
- Collaborate with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams and provide IT support

Requirements
- 1+ years of industry experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain web-based infrastructure independently
- Fluent English (writing mails, chatting with clients, ability to conduct small talk)
- Ability to break down complex products within existing infrastructure into small chunks and deliver exceptionally fast
- Organizational, analytical, presentation and time management skills
- Curious and learning mindset
