About the role
- Architect and build high-performance, responsive web interfaces using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Engineering Team, and Product Designers to clarify requirements, manage technical risks, and ensure alignment on product vision.
- Integrate LLM and GenAI features into consumer apps to improve UX, ensuring seamless interaction between users and AI agents.
- Utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot) daily to accelerate development speed, refactor code, and maintain high velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Solve hard technical problems regarding frontend state management, specifically dealing with streaming LLM responses and tool calls.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on Front End Development using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and React Native
- Must be available for meetings between 7am-12pm PST.
- Must be fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent and well-versed in using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind).
- Proven track record shipping production-grade applications.
- Experience breaking down complex projects and guiding a team to successfully deliver them.
