iOS Engineer

• Design and ship a fast, native iOS app (Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit where appropriate) for content planning, creation, and publishing
• Design and integrate AI workflows to present SocialGPT insights and suggestions
• Ensure app performance and usability at 60fps: responsiveness, animations/haptics, offline-first UX, background uploads, startup time, profiling with Instruments and signposts
• Collaborate with product and design, prototype quickly, run user studies, and iterate based on analytics, crash-free rate, and p99 UI latency
• Set up feature flags, TestFlight cohorts, release notes, and crash/trace monitoring to scale and ship reliably
• Contribute to roadmap and design system; establish mobile best practices, code standards, testing (unit/snapshot/UITests); mentor and hire teammates as the team grows
