Define and execute the technical vision, leading the team to build scalable, reliable, and elegant solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams in fast-growing startups or similarly dynamic environments.
A strong technical background (10+ years overall experience), with the ability to dive deep when necessary but also operate at a strategic level.
You have experience building AI-driven products that have been widely adopted in an enterprise environment
A proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain world-class engineering talent, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and impact.
Can thrive in ambiguity—able to drive clarity, alignment, and execution even when navigating the unknown.
Can lead through others - as the team grows you know how to delegate outcomes to others in a responsible way while still owning the final results
Relentlessly curious and always improving—you believe there’s always a better way and challenge the status quo.
An interest in being customer-facing.
