About the role
- Drive adoption, activation, and revenue by running rapid experiments across onboarding, collaboration, and enterprise lead generation
- Own experiments end-to-end: scope with PMs, prototype with designers, instrument with data, and build production-ready features
- Work full stack across Django backend and React/Next.js frontend
- Balance speed of iteration with quality and maintainability; ship quickly and learn from results
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data to analyze experiment outcomes and scale wins
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across both frontend and backend
- Thrive in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity
- Comfortable working with Django and React (Next.js/Typescript)
- Write production-quality code and advocate for automated testing
- User-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people
- Sound engineering judgment and a bias to action—knowing when to ship scrappy and when to build scalable
- Experience instrumenting with data and running rapid experiments
- Bonus: experience building lead generation pipelines
- Bonus: experience working in martech
- Bonus: startup experience (preferred but not required)
