Scribe is a workflow documentation platform used by Fortune 500 companies to document and scale how work gets done.
Lead a high-impact team responsible for driving activation, conversion, and retention.
Oversee planning, building, and delivery of growth experiments, onboarding flows, and in-product self-service billing.

Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or consumer technology company.
Strong background in A/B testing, experimentation, and growth-focused engineering.
Experience managing and scaling teams, with a passion for mentorship and career development.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem-solving.
High sense of urgency, customer focus, and collaborative mindset.
