About the role
- Lead and evolve our cloud deployment strategy and infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure.
- Oversee production operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability.
- Implement and improve security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.
- Scale our platforms to support product and customer growth.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure Engineers to streamline developer workflows and automation.
- Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the Infrastructure and DevOps domain.
Requirements
- Successful track record in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Strong hands-on experience with a major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience running and monitoring production systems, including logging, alerting, and incident response.
- Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and production environments.
- Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring other engineers.
- Preferred qualifications Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment.
