About the role
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting across assigned territories.
- Partner closely with aligned Sales Directors to execute coordinated territory and account plans.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders including breast radiologists, imaging administrators, IT/PACS leaders, and procurement teams.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand clinical workflows, operational challenges, pain points, and buying readiness.
- Qualify opportunities using defined criteria (i.e. MEDDICC) and deliver clear, high-quality handoffs to Sales Directors while updating Salesforce.
- Communicate value-based messaging around breast imaging AI including improvements in cancer detection, workflow efficiency, recall optimization, standardization of care, retention, etc.
- Manage the mammo gantry breast AI opportunities and ScreenPoint ordering process within assigned territory and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce hygiene and order documentation to support forecasting, reporting, and territory visibility.
- Complete quotations for Transpara® portfolio of solutions.
- Work closely with assigned Sales Directors on strategy and go-to-market approaches within assigned territory.
- Provide market feedback and insights to help refine messaging, playbooks, go-to-market strategy, and creation of territory business plans.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, inside sales, sales operations, or customer-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated success meeting activity, pipeline, or operational accuracy targets and KPIs.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in multi-step ordering and documentation workflows.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau.
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, imaging centers, radiology groups, or healthcare IT service lines.
- Familiarity with breast imaging workflows and terminology i.e. screening vs. diagnostic, FFDM/DBT, BI-RADS, recall, PPV, NPV, CDR, MQSA, etc.
- Experience supporting territory-based or field sales teams.
- Exposure to health systems, large IDNs, or national radiology groups and their IT workflows and order process workflows.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-growing and high-pressure commercial organization.
