About the role
- Develop and execute a scalable strategic partnerships strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships (technology partners, channel partners, integrators, OEMs, etc.).
- Design partnership frameworks, including go-to-market motions, revenue models, integration strategies, and co-marketing plans.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize integration opportunities and evaluate partner-driven product enhancements.
- Build strong relationships with executive-level partner stakeholders to drive adoption, expansion, and joint value creation.
- Serve as an executive-level point of contact for key customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion—acting as a hands-on IC with select strategic accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and customer journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with GTM, Product, and Support teams to define and optimize customer experience standards and escalation processes.
- Develop voice-of-customer insights and deliver recommendations that shape roadmap and GTM decisions.
- Act as a key leader within the GTM & Product organization.
- Influence strategic planning, product direction, and market positioning.
- Champion cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive messaging, Partner + Product integration success, and customer-centric decision-making.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, partner forums, and customer briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience in software/SaaS strategic partnerships**, business development, or ecosystem development.
- Minimum of **2–3 years of direct customer success or account management experience** (individual contributor).
- Proven track record operating within **growth-stage U.S. technology companies** (Series A–D or similar).
- Expertise in building partner go-to-market motions, negotiating strategic agreements, and supporting integration partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product-led growth dynamics, and revenue partnership structures.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive-level influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and operate as a hands-on leader.
