About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Direct and facilitate clinical practitioner onboarding
- Evaluate prospective practitioner credentials for placement suitability at hospital clients
- Identify and communicate issues involving clinical practitioners or clients
- Recommend action regarding clinical practitioner onboarding
- Coordinate primary and/or supervising collaboration with medical and/or nursing boards
- Anticipate and remedy potential onboarding delays
- Promote and enforce data integrity and maintain accurate database information
- Increase standardization, improve processes, and provide feedback on systems with MSL Leads
- Develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles
- Initiate and coordinate the Risk Review Process
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Act as liaison between the Company, clinical practitioners, and Clients
- Provide updates to clinical practitioners, regional teams, and Clients
- Manage and update clinical practitioner expirables
- Facilitate reappointment processes
- Secure Provider Enrollment Packets
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or equivalent
- Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year credentialing or related experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical office setting
- Able to interpret and apply Company and Client policies, bylaws, rules and regulations
- Ability to shift priorities to meet changing business needs
- Planning and prioritizing credentialing activities
- Understand and apply federal, state, and regulatory agency requirements
- Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environment
