Own daily operational health and availability of RCS billing & coding systems
Serve as primary escalation point for system incidents, performance degradation, and recurring operational issues
Manage, coach, and develop RCS Systems Analysts and assigned resources
Enforce change management standards, approvals, and documentation for Tier 2 and Tier 3 system changes
Act as an operational liaison with AthenaIDX, Athena EDI, Athena hosting partners, KAV Consulting and internal IT teams

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Systems operations
3+ years of leadership, operational management, or project management experience
2+ years of healthcare application support (athenaIDX) or comparable healthcare billing system experience
Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platforms (preferred)
Strong operational decision-making and incident management skills
Deep understanding of medical billing, coding, reimbursement logic, and compliance impacts
