Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for operational teams
Support with the financial planning and budgeting process
Assist with ad hoc tasks including development and monitoring of revenue, expenses, key performance metrics
Compile, evaluate, and transform information for financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Communicate effectively with other departments including IT, Accounting, HR, Legal, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations

Requirements

3 years of prior financial analysis or reporting experience
Preferred healthcare finance experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Data Science, Statistics
CPA designation or Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; analytical software suite, access, and billing systems is a plus
Exposure to VBA, Workday Planning, JavaScript, MicroStrategy, Python, Workday, SQL is a plus
Knowledge of relational/multi-dimensional databases is a plus
Data analysis skills including cleaning and analysis
Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a stressful, time-sensitive environment.
