About the role

  • Facilitate the Agile Scrum process for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery of features and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a servant leader for the team, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and driving adherence to Agile principles.
  • Lead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure sprint goals are clear and achievable; monitor progress and maintain transparency through burn-down charts and dashboards.
  • Partner with Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the development team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and address blockers impacting sprint progress.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Drive retrospectives to identify actionable improvements for future sprints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (JIRA).
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain focus on delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integrations (Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Workday, etc.) is a plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise transformation projects (preferred).
  • Healthcare and Salesforce Health Cloud experience is a strong plus (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
