About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths
Drive collaboration across Engineering, Design, R&D, and Operations to deliver product features
Clarify requirements, identify blockers, and propose solutions
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and present business-aligned solutions
Oversee rollout of technical solutions, including performance, reliability, and consumer adoption
Collaborate with engineering teams on trade-offs and scalable, secure product development
Apply knowledge of APIs, data systems, and platform capabilities to support technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of program management experience, emphasizing technical platforms and sales operations workflows and tools
Demonstrated success building and launching complex digital experiences used by millions worldwide
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, and project reporting dashboards
Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot
Automotive experience is a plus but not required
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and cloud technologies
Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or equivalent platforms
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
Experience supporting Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, positive attitude, growth mindset, adaptability, and collaborative approach
Must be at least 18 years of age
