About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the target-state master data architecture for the SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration
Architect master data solutions adhering to Clean Core / ABAP Cloud extensibility frameworks
Lead the architectural design and structural alignment of Finance master data for S/4HANA
Define the methodology and standards for the multi-phase data cleansing lifecycle
Act as the primary technical advisor to the VP, Data Intelligence & AI
Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to data engineers, analysts, and external implementation partner resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture and Master Data Management (MDM)
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Deep technical knowledge of SAP MDG, SAP BTP (Integration Suite), and SAP Datasphere
Strong proficiency in SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard delivery, and Clean Core compliance
Mastery of SAP Simplification Lists, ABAP Cloud extensibility models, and CDS Views for data exposure
Expert-level knowledge of data profiling tools, data lineage, and ETL/ELT data pipelines
Candidates must possess at least one of the certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) or Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) (Master or Practitioner level)
