About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to significantly increase market share and product penetration within the Lawn & Garden industry
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive awareness campaigns for brands
- Design, negotiate, and implement customer programs and merchandising strategies
- Formulate and lead the implementation of e-commerce strategy
- Optimize product listings, manage digital shelf presence, and drive conversion across online platforms
- Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs to maximize ROI and sales velocity
- Mobilize and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and present high-level business strategies, proposals, and forecasts to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience, with a significant focus on the Lawn & Garden industry
- Track record of developing and executing high-level, complex business strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
- A history of successfully driving cross-functional support and collaboration to implement major initiatives and customer programs.
- Experience developing and executing strategies on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, retailer sites)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
