About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to significantly increase market share and product penetration within the Lawn & Garden industry
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive awareness campaigns for brands
  • Design, negotiate, and implement customer programs and merchandising strategies
  • Formulate and lead the implementation of e-commerce strategy
  • Optimize product listings, manage digital shelf presence, and drive conversion across online platforms
  • Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs to maximize ROI and sales velocity
  • Mobilize and guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and present high-level business strategies, proposals, and forecasts to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven business development or sales experience, with a significant focus on the Lawn & Garden industry
  • Track record of developing and executing high-level, complex business strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
  • A history of successfully driving cross-functional support and collaboration to implement major initiatives and customer programs.
  • Experience developing and executing strategies on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, retailer sites)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
