About the role

  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership on SAP-based business processes using modern SAP capabilities like S/4HANA and Signavio
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Mentor end users and enable adoption of new SAP capabilities
  • Develop high-level process maps and define current and future state workflows
  • Support SAP implementation projects and ensure seamless adoption of new capabilities
  • Identify and mentor business users to grow into SAP Super Users

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in one or more SAP core process modules: Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash), Materials Management (Procure to Pay), Financial Accounting & Controlling (Record to Report)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven experience supporting SAP in real-world business operations or transformation initiatives
  • Strong track record of influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor others in SAP-based processes and change adoption
  • Expertise in SAP functionality including process design, data management, and configuration
