About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and manage delivery of SPPA transformational projects or annual event activity
Foster a culture of experimentation and resilience in services supplied by a pension administration system provider
Manage change control procedure to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed budgets
Own delivery assurance activities, RAID management, MI reporting and audit readiness
Manage pace, prioritisation, dependencies, exceptions and rework cycles
Form, motivate and empower teams; develop technical and non technical capability
Apply Agile, Lean and hybrid approaches pragmatically

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recognised project management qualification
Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering complex, time‑critical transformation or legislative change projects
Technical / Professional Skills:

Must have an existing and ongoing right to work in the UK
