About the role
- Oversee a mixed delivery team responsible for multi-year data pipeline capabilities
- Accountable for the quality, performance, and outcomes of your service
- Provide clear end-to-end direction, prioritisation, risk management, and decision making
- Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation in service delivery
- Collaborate closely with operational delivery leaders within the Digital, Data, and Technology (DDaT) community
- Inform and influence stakeholders to build consensus
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading large-scale data and digital projects or programmes
- Extensive experience in leading data teams through all phases of a product lifecycle
- Strong leadership and agile decision-making skills
- Skilled in delivering roadmaps and plans on time and within budget
- Must demonstrate understanding of complex user requirements and technical challenges
- Experience in collaborative working across silos to maximize digital technology opportunities
- Must provide specific examples of relevant experience in CV and Supporting Statement
