About the role
- Administration of the Scottish Government’s (SG) Automated Access Control System (AACS)
- Adding new pass records, assigning access rights and updating pass records
- Dealing with pass and access control enquiries that come into the operational mailbox daily
- Ensuring that relevant databases and files are updated and accurate
- Conducting any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade
Requirements
- A track record of using digital systems in line with standard operating procedures
- Working successfully within a team environment
- Demonstrate awareness of threat and risk understanding
- Demonstrate awareness of secure operations management
- Demonstrate awareness of physical security applications
