About the role

  • Support Account Executives in identifying and researching prospective clubs, leagues, and federations across Europe.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns — cold outreach, LinkedIn, email sequences — to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and help maintain a healthy pipeline across the region.
  • Assist in preparing for discovery calls, demos, and follow-up communications.
  • Support AEs throughout the sales cycle: research, proposal preparation, RFP contributions, and CRM hygiene.
  • Help prepare tailored presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
  • Track deal progress and flag updates to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain sales reporting and tracking tools (spreadsheets, dashboards) as needed.
  • Support the broader sales team with administrative tasks, data entry, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Contribute to internal projects as assigned by Sales leadership or Strategy & Operations.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field).
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language (Spanish, Italian, German or French).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in sports, media technology, or SaaS.
