Customer Success Manager

• Manage and grow relationships with leagues, competitions, and federations across departments (media, digital, comms, operations).
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing success programs to ensure adoption and measurable ROI.
• Ensure strong customer retention and satisfaction, proactively managing renewals and uncovering upsell opportunities.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive updates showcasing results and impact.
• Map and monitor ScorePlay usage across all departments and entities in a league or competition.
• Build frameworks to measure adoption and expand platform use to customer’s partners (e.g., clubs, sub-competitions, broadcasters, and partners).
• Partner with customers’ teams and participants to align workflows and standardize media operations across their ecosystem.
• Track key adoption and engagement metrics for your portfolio.
• Build success dashboards and insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate health scores, renewal forecasts, and reporting in CRM (HubSpot) and ScorePlay systems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to channel client feedback into product improvements.

Senior Customer Success Manager, Sports Leagues & Competitions

Account Executive

• Lead the full sales process, from first contact and discovery to negotiation and close, for deals up to $200K ARR.
• Deliver tailored demos and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of ScorePlay’s platform.
• Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses that align with client needs and regional market dynamics.
• Manage forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM accuracy to ensure transparent and data-driven reporting.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within clubs, regional leagues, and federations.
• Execute outreach strategies through a combination of prospecting, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
• Represent ScorePlay at key industry events and leverage networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility.

Account Executive – South Europe

• Own the full sales cycle - prospecting through negotiation and contract execution - with a focus on enterprise deals $200K+.
• Manage a portfolio of 4-5 high-value accounts per year, each requiring deep strategic engagement and multi-stakeholder navigation.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand ScorePlay's footprint within sports leagues, federations, broadcasters, and governing bodies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports ecosystem.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with decision-makers at leagues, federations, and strategic partners.
• Leverage your network - and build new relationships - to generate referrals and expand ScorePlay's presence in strategic accounts.
• Represent ScorePlay at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility in the sports sector.
• Build the US Strategic Accounts team. You'll join as the senior individual contributor, recruit a team of 2+ reps, and continue to scale toward a 6-person US sales team.
• Coach and develop junior team members as the team grows.
• Work closely with customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Share actionable market insights to influence product roadmap, marketing positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
