About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and control product development projects (from briefing to delivery), structuring schedules and milestones.
  • Work directly on resolving operational bottlenecks with factories and suppliers.
  • Manage Brazil–China integration, monitoring production lead times, inspections, and shipments with the international team.
  • Track financial project KPIs, analyzing budgets, costs, margins, and profitability via the Protheus ERP.
  • Prioritize the project portfolio based on ROI, production capacity, and deadlines.
  • Implement agile and hybrid methodologies (PMBOK) adapted to an industrial context.
  • Configure and operate task management tools (ClickUp), creating performance dashboards and monitoring team timesheets.
  • Identify operational risks and develop fast, effective mitigation plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Previous experience with import/foreign trade (Comex) and Asian supply chain (China)
  • Knowledge of Power BI
  • Advanced/Fluent English (Required for international communication)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Project management experience (PMBOK + Agile)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus)
  • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com
