About the role

  • Project control & delivery
  • Assume overall responsibility for planning, controlling and successfully delivering ERP implementation projects
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel with varying durations and project phases
  • Create and maintain project plans (timeline, budget, resources and milestones)
  • Actively manage schedules, dependencies and project progress
  • Ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance and project quality
  • Identify risks early and initiate appropriate mitigation measures
  • Responsible for change and escalation management
  • Prepare decision documents and facilitate decision-making processes
  • Project communication & collaboration
  • Lead internal project teams from consulting, development and support
  • Coordinate external project stakeholders on the client side
  • Ensure clear and reliable communication with customers
  • Plan and facilitate: kick-offs, workshops, status meetings and steering committees
  • Prepare meaningful project status reports
  • Facilitate decisions at the business unit and management level

Requirements

  • Several years of project management experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Preferably experience in ERP implementation projects
  • Preferably experience with cloud or SaaS products
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Ability to confidently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • High level of personal responsibility and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Solid understanding of ERP processes and business operations
  • German language skills at a minimum C1 level
  • Basic understanding of business and financial concepts
