About the role

  • Lead role in successfully implementing the Value Creation Plan (VCP) in close collaboration with C-level executives and functional team leads
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans for VCP initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, and budgets
  • Establish effective governance structures for project reporting and monitoring and ensure alignment with stakeholders
  • Proactively and independently drive VCP initiatives to ensure target achievement
  • Execute strategic projects in collaboration with team leads of business units and product lines
  • Support cross-functional projects with an analytical and strategic approach as a generalist
  • Support preparation of board presentations
  • Build and continuously improve effective, KPI-based board reporting
  • Organize and conduct various management workshops (e.g., strategy offsites)
  • Design and implement post-merger integration programs to realize M&A synergies in coordination with PMI

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience at a top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on software and technology, or in a comparable role
  • Experience developing and implementing value creation programs
  • Prior experience in M&A and post-merger integration
  • Strong understanding of software business models and enthusiasm for AI-based technologies
  • Excellent degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
