About the role
- Lead role in successfully implementing the Value Creation Plan (VCP) in close collaboration with C-level executives and functional team leads
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans for VCP initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, and budgets
- Establish effective governance structures for project reporting and monitoring and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Proactively and independently drive VCP initiatives to ensure target achievement
- Execute strategic projects in collaboration with team leads of business units and product lines
- Support cross-functional projects with an analytical and strategic approach as a generalist
- Support preparation of board presentations
- Build and continuously improve effective, KPI-based board reporting
- Organize and conduct various management workshops (e.g., strategy offsites)
- Design and implement post-merger integration programs to realize M&A synergies in coordination with PMI
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience at a top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on software and technology, or in a comparable role
- Experience developing and implementing value creation programs
- Prior experience in M&A and post-merger integration
- Strong understanding of software business models and enthusiasm for AI-based technologies
- Excellent degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
