About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial documents: MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, lease agreements, data processing addenda (DPAs), confidentiality agreements (NDAs), and engagement letters.
Review the work of junior team members and assist with their professional development and ongoing training.
Manage own workflow and document queue, prioritising effectively to meet defined turnaround times and service levels.
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the global legal team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
Work directly with internal stakeholders to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and delivery of workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, data processing addenda, confidentiality agreements and engagement letters.
Previous experience with commercial legal teams (and perhaps procurement teams), whether in-house, at a service provider or at a law firm.
Enjoy working within clearly defined rules and guidance, with a strong preference for applying structured playbooks rather than navigating legal ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, with a desire to innovate within the legal industry.
