About the role
- Responsibility for recruiting engineering professionals (field engineers, project engineers, technical specialists)
- Own full-cycle recruiting end to end and be accountable for outcomes
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements and performance expectations
- Proactively source and engage passive technical talent using creative, data-driven approaches
- Maintain momentum through offer, closing, and onboarding to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SSA’s recruiting processes, tools, and standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles
- Demonstrated success recruiting in extremely fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leaders
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
- Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience recruiting across both technical and corporate functions preferred
