• Sales Support open territories or routes as assigned
• Establish and maintain rapport with decision makers at each retailer
• Accountable to drive new retailers to achieve optimal sales targets
• Reviews sales trends, goals and opportunities with retailer
• Analyze and utilize data daily to influence retail decision makers on their Lottery needs
• Promote Oklahoma Lottery products upon each retailer visit
• Grow the Oklahoma Lottery Instant game portfolio by increasing Bin count utilizing sales performance data
• Educate retailers and lottery players on all instant and draw games provided by the lottery
• Participate and engage in all Scientific Games Inc. and Oklahoma Lottery sales meetings by providing sales trends feedback
• Ensure proper inventory levels are maintained for every retailer within the designated route territory
• Ensure all products are in stock and ready to be sold
• Provide each retailer with updated Point of Sale material upon each sales call
• Achieve and maintain the best placement for all Lottery games and Point of Sale material in each retail establishment
• Maintain all proper Lottery information guides in each retailer
• Ensure all equipment is working correctly upon each retail sales call
• Document each sales call electronically
• Conduct promotions at the retailer level, interreacting with the retailer and lottery consumer/players
• Identify potential locations which could possibly sell Oklahoma lottery games
• Present all Lottery products and the benefits of selling Oklahoma Lottery products to potential businesses
• Execute the entire application process with potential new customers
• Conduct training with retailer employees on the policies and procedures of the Oklahoma Lottery as needed
• Educate Lottery customers/players about current initiatives while working in retail locations
• Provide hands-on training for related retailer equipment
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism in completing all responsibilities and duties while representing both Scientific Games Inc, and the Oklahoma Lottery

Sales Account Manager

Operations

• Focus on EKS/EKSA platforms to oversee Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring deployment, scalability, and security
• Manage EKS and EKSA clusters, ensuring high availability and performance
• Implement and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and monitoring; troubleshoot Kubernetes-related performance and security issues
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance deployment workflows and ensure smooth application rollouts
• Monitor system health, set up observability tools, and implement proactive incident response strategies
• Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices in Kubernetes environments

Technical Operations Engineer

• Represent the New Mexico Lottery and Scientific Games daily in retailer locations
• Recruit new lottery retailers and execute the raise them right program at new retail locations, and support other routes/territories as needed
• Conduct business review presentations with key decision makers at the manager and Divisional manager level
• Establish and maintain rapport with decision makers at each retailer
• Analyze and utilize data daily to influence retail decision makers on their Lottery needs
• Promote New Mexico Lottery products upon each retailer visit
• Create retailer action plans to increase incremental sales at key retailers
• Grow the New Mexico Lottery Instant game portfolio by increasing Bin count utilizing sales performance data
• Educate retailers and lottery players on all instant and draw games provided by the lottery

• Retailer Recruitment: Identify potential locations which could possibly sell New Mexico lottery games
• Meet or exceed all quarterly recruitment targets/goals
• Present all Lottery products and the benefits of selling Lottery products to potential businesses
• Execute the entire application process with potential new customers
• Set up and train new Lottery Retailers
• Retailer Training: Conduct training with retailer employees on the policies and procedures of the New Mexico Lottery
• Educate Lottery customers/players while working in retail locations
• Provide hands-on training for related retailer equipment
• Adhere to Raise them Right – 30/60/90 program
• General Responsibilities: Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism in completing all responsibilities and duties while representing both Scientific Games, and the New Mexico Lottery
• Adhere and uphold all policies set forth by Scientific Games and the Lottery
• Maintain a safe work environment and clean driving record
• Perform annual training requirements
