• Oversee warehousing operations in Texas, both in Houston and Dallas

• Develops and maintains both a short and long-rang strategic account plan focused on growth and profitability.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for their customers across all SG product lines.
• Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with executive and key lottery stakeholders.
• Drives jurisdiction-specific growth strategies across all verticals with a holistic, omnichannel approach.
• Shapes and executes RFP strategies, including pre-planning, win strategies, and internal alignment.

Managing Director – West Territory

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, code and debug source code in one or more components of a lottery system
• Contribute to the gathering of requirements for proposed system modifications
• Participate in code reviews as assigned
• Understand and follow the ongoing process of source code development within SG
• Help create and maintain project-related documentation in anticipation of internal and third-party audits
• Follow shop standards for development work
• Participate as needed in the 24/7 support of production lottery systems
