About the role
- Lead and coordinate assembly work on retail projects in France
- Proper execution and supervision of hydraulic installations and systems
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction and assembly steps
- Manage and guide the on-site assembly team
- Closely collaborate with project management, clients, and subcontractors
- Document project progress and report to headquarters
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support on-site with a hands-on approach
Requirements
- Completed training or expertise in hydraulics or supervising site
- Experience as an assembly supervisor, preferably in retail or construction environments
- Excellent French AND German or English skills; knowledge of the second language is advantageous
- Willingness to travel extensively within France and possibly beyond
- Strong leadership and communication skills
