Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
Proven experience shipping complex software end-to-end, ideally in high-performance or startup environments.
Regular, day-to-day use of AI agents — you know when they accelerate the process and when they become a hindrance.
You measure success by measurable user outcomes, not by lines of code.
Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and business-fluent German at native-speaker level.
