About the role

  • Active new customer acquisition in the B2B sector with education providers and labor-market-related organizations
  • Building, maintaining and strategically developing customer relationships
  • Independently managing the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing
  • Conducting needs assessments and developing tailored solutions based on Taleroo products
  • Delivering product demos, presentations and handling contract negotiations
  • Close collaboration with Product, Tech, Ops and Business Development teams
  • Maintaining the sales pipeline and structured documentation in the CRM system
  • Monitoring the market and feeding customer feedback into product and strategy

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience, approximately two to five years, in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS, platform or tech environment
  • Proven track record in acquiring, advising and closing complex B2B solutions
  • Very good German language skills at C-level and confident English skills, as collaboration with the Tech team is mainly in English
  • Structured, autonomous and result-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively
  • Interest in the labor market, education, upskilling or societal impact
