About the role
- Support and assist with project management processes for customer-specific projects (sample procurement, coordination and shipment; planning, overseeing and ensuring timely delivery of customer-specific projects)
- Carry out project-related tasks in coordination with the project manager
- Direct customer contact during project work (including general customer correspondence in English)
- Handling product-related complaints
- Registrations / regulatory topics
- Collaboration with internal interfaces across the company such as Laboratory / R&D, product departments, IT, Customer Service Management, and subsidiaries abroad; participation in calls with international customers (key accounts and/or regions)
Requirements
- University studies, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Excellent team skills
- Business-fluent English
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and SAP
- Problem-solving ability (logical thinking and creativity)
