About the role
- Lead global raw material sourcing projects and develop category strategies
- Manage suppliers and conduct negotiations to secure optimal terms and long-term partnerships
- Assess risks, ensure supply continuity, and maintain compliance with sustainability standards
- Optimize costs through value analysis and continuous improvement of total cost of ownership
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to balance innovation, performance, and cost
- Streamline procurement processes, define KPIs, and drive data-driven decision making
- Contribute to global projects focused on growth, sustainability, and innovation
Requirements
- University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in international raw material purchasing, ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or chemicals
- Expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and project management
- Knowledge of sustainability and compliance initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills, contract proficiency, assertive and able to work independently
- Excellent English skills
