About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take on a key leadership role within the management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree (e.g. law, finance, economics or related fields), Bachelor or higher
Professional experience at a Big Four firm or in a regulated financial institution
In-depth knowledge of German and EU financial regulation (e.g., KWG, WpIG, WpHG, MaComp)
Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
Strategic mindset and interest in RegTech and digital compliance solutions
